Our pre-order system needed an upgrade, and we’ve officially rolled out a new and improved experience designed to get your kits to you faster and with less confusion.
What Changed?
We’ve updated how orders that contain both in-stock and pre-order items are handled.
New System: Automatic Split Shipping
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items:
In-stock items will ship right away
Pre-order items will ship separately when available
Orders will be split into multiple shipments automatically
No more waiting for everything to arrive before your order ships.
Why We Made This Change
Previously, orders that included pre-order items were held until everything became available. We heard your feedback:
You wanted in-stock items faster
You wanted more clarity on shipping
You wanted fewer delays and surprises
So we made the change.
This new system ensures you get what’s ready as soon as possible, while still securing your pre-orders.
How Pre-Orders Work Now
Pre-order items are handled separately to ensure a smoother experience:
Pre-order items will ship once they arrive at our warehouse
If your order includes multiple pre-order items, they will ship together once all are available
Release dates are still estimates and may change based on manufacturer timelines
Important Note About Shipping
Because orders may be split into multiple shipments:
Shipping is calculated per shipment
You may see Higher shipping charge at checkout if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items
