As someone who mainly builds master grades and real grades, this was definitely a major step up, especially for my first pg. By far the best frame on any gunpla so far, really intricate build and an amazing looking finished result. The only minor problems that I had was with the die cast parts in the knees, one of the holes had too much paint/metal in it so the peg couldn’t go in all the way like the other knee joint. I managed to fix this problem by taking a knife and shaving down the inside of the hole but metal is definitely harder to work with compared to plastic. Overall though, I’m completely satisfied with this model and it definitely puts the perfect in perfect grade.
gird your *****, you're in for the long haul. perfect grades are nothing to scoff at, and this one is no different. this is the first kit I've ever built where the runners went past the alphabet and kept going which is certainly intimidating, but if you're experienced with a couple ver.ka s under your belt, then it's a mountain you can climb if you take your time and pay attention. the main body is very well engineered and in this version of the strike has new panel designs and a lot of extra detail with the added bonus of leaving the old panels on the old runners so there's wiggle room for accidents and damage but only for cretin parts. there are quite a few places where it is easy to accidentally reverse pieces making you have to go back a few steps but nothing you shouldn't notice before you get too far ahead of yourself. if its not fitting or not lining up DON'T FORCE IT check and go back. after you've got the main body done the Armour and weapons get way simpler save for the aile backpack. on mine i accidentally broke part X-22 if i remember correctly on the aile pack which was an internal connector part, be careful
Though the delivery was delayed, the model was in great protection and condition. Building for this perfect PG was a good challenge that could be a week-long project, but it deserves all the effort! It's simply perfect!
