Schwarzette-chan by Rendy Iswanto Combines Elegance and Edge

Follow Builder: Rendy Iswanto

Rendy Iswanto drew inspiration from the designs of the HG 1/144 Gundam Schwarzette and the 30 MS Acerby Type B. While he admired the Schwarzette's overall design, he found its proportions a bit too stocky for his liking. Conversely, he appreciated the sleekness of the Acerby Type B but felt it needed more of an edge to really shine. This prompted him to consider merging the two, reminiscent of the iconic Fusion technique from Dragon Ball Z.

In this creative kit bash project, Rendy combined elements from two models to craft a striking mobile suit called Schwarzette-chan. The custom paint job adds a unique flair, blending the robust presence of the Schwarzette with the elegant lines of the Acerby Type B. By integrating parts from both kits, Schwarzette-chan achieves enhanced proportions, resulting in a balanced and dynamic look that moves away from the original Schwarzette's stocky appearance. This fusion introduces distinctive design features, preserving the core aesthetics of both base kits while adding a fresh, edgy twist. The meticulous paintwork accentuates the details, making Schwarzette-chan a truly standout piece.
